Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product(s) within 28 days of receipt of delivery, provided the items are in perfect and unused condition. Contact our office to submit your return request. Please enter your order number and corresponding items and we will contact you to process your return.

All refunds will be made to the original payment method. We will notify you by email once we have received your return and processed your refund. Credits are usually transferred within five working days. We are not liable and cannot accept responsibility for any bank charges that may occur during the refund process.

We will refund the full value of returned items unless otherwise noted.

Faulty/Damaged Items

A faulty item is a non-functional item with no apparent damage. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us and pass your concern on to our customer service team.

If you receive damaged items, please contact us immediately. In case of damage caused during/as a result of shipping, please keep all packing materials and documents related to your order.

Reimbursement of shipping costs 

We are unable to refund shipping costs if you return less than the full order.

If you return faulty products, we will refund you the standard delivery costs of returning the product(s).

Returns outside the return period

With the exception of faulty or damaged goods, we do not accept returns outside of the return period.

Reimbursements for promotions

If a promotional code/discount was used to process your order, you will not be refunded the discounted amount, with the exception of faulty or damaged goods.
